Chloe Cavayaero Gross, M.A., BCBA
Founder & Owner
Chloe is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and the founder of Full Spectrum Integrated Educational Support Services. She holds a Master’s degree in Special Education from New York University and began her career as a special education teacher before transitioning into the field of behavior analysis. With over 15 years of experience supporting children and families, Chloe specializes in practical, individualized interventions that promote communication, independence, social-emotional development, and meaningful participation at home, school, and in the community. As both a clinician and a mother of three, she is passionate about providing compassionate, family-centered care that helps children thrive in their everyday lives.
Katherine Curcio, M.S.
BCBA
Katherine began her journey in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2017 as an RBT. Through years of hands-on experience, she developed a passion for providing individualized, compassionate care to help clients build meaningful skills across home, school, and community settings. After earning her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Florida International University and practicing as a BCaBA, she earned her Master of Science in ABA from Northeastern University in 2025 and became a BCBA. Katherine specializes in supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, ODD, and Down syndrome using positive, evidence-based interventions. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, Pilates, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
Renata Silva

Renata is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 19 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2007, she graduated at the top of her class from Trinity University, earning her Bachelor’s in Psychology with an Education minor. Throughout her career, Renata has supported individuals and families across school, home, and community settings. Her expertise includes behavior reduction, functional communication, adaptive skills, and caregiver training. Passionate about multidisciplinary collaboration, she designs individualized, practical interventions that create lasting improvements in everyday life while providing clinical supervision to RBTs. Originally from Brazil, Renata speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and enjoys travel, fitness, and family time. She also continues to explore her interests in psychology, human behavior, and personal development.

Keylin Hernandez
Administrative Assistant & Substitute Therapist
Keylin supports our team in many areas, backed by three years in the ABA field and three years of administrative experience. Having woven both paths together, she pairs hands-on behavioral skills, compassionate client support, and data collection with organization, problem-solving, and sharp attention to detail. Keylin earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Florida International University in 2026 and is currently in graduate school working toward her master’s degree to become a Speech-Language Pathologist. Outside of work and classes, she loves listening to music, reading, volunteering at her church, and finding ways to help others.
