Katherine Curcio Kiblisky, M.S.

Katherine began her journey in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2017 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Through years of hands-on experience working directly with learners and families, she developed a passion for providing individualized and compassionate care while helping clients build meaningful skills across home, school, and community settings.
In 2020, Katherine earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University and continued advancing her clinical experience as a BCaBA before pursuing graduate studies. She later earned her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University’s Bouvé College of Health Sciences in 2025 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Katherine's clinical experience has primarily involved working with individuals on the autism spectrum, as well as those with related diagnoses such as ADHD, ODD, and Down syndrome. She has experience supporting communication, social, adaptive living, and behavior reduction goals through individualized, positive, and evidence-based interventions.
Renata Silva

Renata is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 19 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She graduated at the top of her class from Trinity University in Washington, D.C., in 2007, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Education.
Throughout her career, Renata has worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families across school, home, and community settings. Her areas of expertise include behavior reduction, functional communication, social and adaptive skill development, caregiver training, and the generalization of skills across environments. She is especially passionate about collaborating with families, educators, and treatment teams to develop individualized, practical interventions that create meaningful and lasting improvements in everyday life. Renata also provides clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians.
Originally from Brazil, Renata is fluent in English and Portuguese and also speaks Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, fitness, spending time with family and friends, and continuing to explore her interests in psychology, human behavior, and personal development.

Keylin began her journey in Applied Behavior Analysis as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and has spent three years supporting children with autism across home, school, clinic, and community settings. She graduated from Florida International University in 2026 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a foundation that shapes how she approaches every client.
Today, Keylin balances administrative and clinical work. With three years of administrative experience, she supports the clinical team by managing schedules and session coverage, coordinating staff communication, organizing documentation, and assisting with client intake, insurance paperwork, HR onboarding, and clearinghouse billing. When RBTs are unavailable, she steps in to cover sessions, implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision while keeping clients safe and engaged.
Keylin is fluent in English and Spanish. She is currently in graduate school, working toward a master's degree to become a Speech-Language Pathologist. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to music, reading, volunteering at her church, and finding new ways to help others.
